Assisted Neck Rotation

This exercise will improve stability and motor control of your neck rotators.

Start by holding a piece of Theraband or a Gray Cook Band in front of you and lie down on your back. Pull the band apart bringing the band to your chest. Make sure your elbows are fully extended. Rotate your head to the right then back to the middle and then to the left. Return to the middle and bring your arms to the start position. Repeat this 10 times.
