Child’s Pose

This exercise will help improve mobility throughout your spine and shoulders.

Start in a kneeling position and shift your weight back into your heels. Extend your arms overhead, bring your head down and take 5 deep breaths. Walk your hands to the right and hold for 5 deep breaths to stretch the left side of your spine. Repeat by walking hands to the left.
