Dynamic Hamstring

This is a great exercise to help increase flexibility throughout your hamstrings.

Start by lying on your back and holding the back of your right thigh with both hands to help stabilize. Try to extend the leg up towards the ceiling to feel the stretch and then lower the leg down. Repeat 10-15 times on each side.

To progress this exercise, flex the ankle and bring the toes towards you when you extend your leg.
