Lacrosse Ball Under Foot

This self massage technique will reduce tension and improve tissue extensibility throughout your arches through its effects on the nervous system.

Start by standing with a lacrosse ball under the arch of your right foot. Roll the foot over the lacrosse ball with a pressure you can tolerate. When you find a tender spot, spend a little extra time in that area. Roll for 1 minute and repeat on the other foot.
