This exercise will improve the strength and mobility of your little toes.
Start by rubbing the skin on the top of your toes to stimulate the muscles for better activation. Lift your little toes as far as you can comfortably. Now press the little toes into your fingers for 5 seconds and then try to actively lift your little toes off your fingers. Maintain the lift for 5 seconds.
Repeat 10 times on each foot.
