The people who have trusted us so far
What a pleasure it is to go to a place where they know what they’re doing. I’ve been in and around pro ball and in and around Olympians my whole adult life and as an elite athlete I’ve had my share and seen my share of injuries so it’s great to go to a place where they know the entire body. Very organized, clean, prompt, courteous, caring and hands on to the max. I’ve seen miracles in just a remarkable short time due to their diligence and complete knowledge of the entire body. They don’t bandaid the problem, they go to the root and restructure the joint, muscle, tissue, or whatever the cause is. I’ve had remarkable results from a shoulder surgery (rotator cuff, labrum and biceps tendon, a triple header) yet my back and neck are so much looser and stronger due to Cara and the staff working the whole area. Sometimes I don’t want to leave, I feel so good. I highly recommend B3 to ANYONE with any therapy needs. I’ve already recommended them to a few people and I’m sure as soon as they have a few sessions they will agree with me. Cudos to B3 Therapy. Yeah.
I have spent the last 2+ years recovering from a life saving liver transplant. It was a medical miracle but the illness left me weak and fragile. It has been a long road back. I’ve tried everything and I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Giusti and her team at B3. She is a highly skilled therapist, who is compassionate, caring and incredibly dedicated. She built a plan for me that helped me restore my strength and mobility that I had in my 20s. I actually threw a baseball for the first time in 25 years. She always answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. Physical therapists sometimes have a bad reputation for being abrupt and uncaring, but this doctor dispels that image. They are a highly skilled, compassionate and dedicated team of professionals.

I have been a professional Jockey for over 30 years. During my career, I have sustained several injuries but the worst one occurred in May, 2017 when I fractured 2 vertebrae in my neck at the levels of C5/6. The doctors said the likelihood of me riding again was very slim. When the time came to look for a physiotherapist, I was lucky enough to find B3 Physical Therapy where I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Cara. I had been for physiotherapy several times in the past due to various injuries, but this time has been a whole new experience. Cara has helped me so much to understand my own body. She has a way to explain in detail the extent of my injuries, what needs to be done and what it will take for me to get better. The results have been amazing and unexpected. I am very fortunate to say that I am back training with horses and hopefully soon I will be riding again professionally. Thank you, Cara!!
